CDAC Mumbai is organising a workshop on WebM Technology at their Navi
Mumbai campus on 3rd April, 2012.

Welcome to the Workshop on WebM Technology organized by C-DAC Mumbai to be
held on 3rd April 2012. It's for academicians, researchers and industry
people. Let's come together to get the state of art and see various
applications using WebM technology. The WebM project is dedicated to
developing a high-quality, open video format for the web that is freely
available to everyone. WebM files consist of video streams compressed with
the VP8 video codec and audio streams compressed with the Vorbis audio
codec. WebM is focused on addressing the unique needs of serving video on
the web. WebM is supported by Mozilla, Opera, Adobe, Google and more than
seventy other publishers and software and hardware vendors.
