 Have you given it a different name? Each mim file used to have
following kind of line in it. e.g for Hindi Phonetic keymap
(input-method hi phonetic)

Here, you need to change 'hi' to your language code and 'phonetic' to
'anyothername' and then restart the ibus by right clicking on ibus
icon.
Now, try to add this file and you can see your keymap file appeared
under the respective language name.
