Kemungkinan :
1. waktu login ke oracle kurang .world pada host string. (Hilangkan .world pada
tnsnames.ora ini hanya akan berpengaruh pd XP dan 2000 tetapi untuk 9x .world
harus ada)
2. coba cek pada task manager, apakah terdapat sesuatu yg sedang running tetapi
tidak sesuai dengan sesuatu yg anda buka. Cth : anda sedang buka developer,
toad tetapi pd saat di lihat di task manager terdapat developer, toad dan
xxxxxx. Lakukan End Task pada xxxxxx yang sedang running (ini kemungkinan
komputer tsb terkena spam ?)
