Mas Arman, saya pernah mengalami hal yang serupa
ketika menginstall oracle 8.1.7 di windows nt 4.0
sp.6,
kemudian saya coba untuk merubah sebuah konfigurasi
file java-nya ... tapi untuk detailnya saya lupa
menyimpan documentasinya, jd klo mas Arman ngga
keberatan mohon bersabar sementara saya mencari
documentasinya dulu ...
