Coba dicheck nilai memory yg dialokasikan utk process : oracle.exe (Task Manager -> Processes)
Khususnya setelah koneksi yg ke 100 (yg mengalami error) Karena, dulu ada kasus (bug ???) -> dimana memory yg pernah dialokasikan oleh oracle process (oracle.exe) TIDAK di relese ke OS, alias ada semacam "zombie" process yg makan memory.
