2. rasanya ada keyword OUT untuk deklarasi tipe parameter dalam procedure
di dalam TOAD harus ketik "set serveroutput on" setelah login ke dalam TOAD
lalu di bawah IDE TOAD ada 4 tab, salah satu tab yang ada hubungan nya dengan
perintah tadi, akan menghasilkan output dari DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE(''); tadi.

Pertanyaanya:
1. Apakah dalam "Function" memang tidak bisa ya melakukan perintah
"insert dan delete"?
2. Apakah dalam "Procedure" bisa menghasilkan nilai return selain
menggunakan perintah:
DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('Hello World') ?
sebab saya coba di TOAD menggunakan perintah tsb tidak keluar apapun
