Coba edit parameter filenya. By default nama parameter file-nya adalah initSID.ora SID adalah ORACLE SID-nya atau nama instance-nya, misal initORCL.ora
Default lokasinya di %ORACLE_HOME%\database untuk Windows, $ORACLE_HOME/dbs utk UNIX platform.
