saya sudah pernah mencoba instal oracle 8 di windows xp, tetapi kayanya ada program di oracle 8 yg mengunakan java yang tidak bisa jalan di win xp. untuk upgrade ke 9i yang pernah saya coba dengan mengunakan export - import step2nya 1 instal dulu oracle 9i atau 10g 2 create database di oracle 9i 3 export fulldatabase atau per user aja di database 8(akan menghasilkan dump file) 4 import dump file melalui database 9i ada cara lain untuk pemindahan data ke database lain, tp itu yang menurut saya paling mudah salam ade
