Ini saya ambil dari documentation: Cause: Rollback records needed by a reader for consistent read are overwritten by other writers.
Action: If in Automatic Undo Management mode, increase the setting of UNDO_RETENTION. Otherwise, use larger rollback segments. Value pada Undo_retention(detik) dapat disesuaikan keperluan, seberapa lama transaksi disimpan pada undo segment sebelum di overwrite transakasi lain. Jika untuk transaksi yang cukup panjang anda bisa memperbesar rollback segment anda (tablespace UNDOTBS jika default) agar memiliki cukup space transaksi yang sedang berlangsung.
