Hi Clara, Fyi Jika Anda melakukan connection dengan memakai hoststring (@dbname), connection akan di create melalui DB Listener sebaliknya kalo tidak pake hoststring, connection tidak akan melalui Listener. Ini sebabnya connection Anda berhasil kalo tidak pake hoststring.
Bisa dicoba untuk recreate ulang Listener service.
