Email keluar dikirim ke SMTP, dan email terima nya menggunakan id dari notification mailer. Mulai Oracle Apps di atas nya 11.5.9 (bahkan disarankan release sebelumnya) menggunakan java mail (SMTP dan IMAP) yang bisa diconfigure melalui OAM.
