Hi everybody, since one month ago, I am testing some tools differents that permit develop and the administration of the Oracle database, with a price reasonable. Finally, I took my decision and I believe that the DreamCoder for Oracle of Mentat Technologies (www.mentattech.com) and the PL/SQL Developer of Allround Automations (http://www.allroundautomationns.com/) are the best options for develop in Oracle. Though, The product DreamCoder have some features that lamentably PL/SQL Developer don't have, like the advanced manipulation data and the monitors of the database.
I asked about other features that I thinks important like the database connection pooling and Mentat Technologies thinks will release it in the next version of the DreamCoder product (http://www.mentattech.com/themes/mentat/dreamcoder/index.html).
