dear rekan
saya lagi coba bermain dengan oracle db 9.2.0.1 dan ada problem ketika
export database seperti ini:
. exporting synonyms
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 4031 encountered
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4032 bytes of shared memory ("shared
pool","unknown object","joxs heap init","ioc_allocate_pal")
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully
setelah saya googling solusinya harus besarin shared_pool_size
saya besarin secara bertahap dan masih juga menemukan error kondisi diatas
nah pada satu kondisi tahapan akhirnya saya besarin secara besar shared pool
sizenya dengan cara alter system set shared_pool_size kemudian shutdown
immediate dan startup kembali muncul error:
SQL> startup
ORA-27102: out of memory
OSD-00029: Message 29 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=SOSD
O/S-Error: (OS 8) Not enough storage is available to process this command.
akhirnya saya create ulang spfile dan startup baru mau jalan kembali.. nah
pertanyaan saya berapa sih patokan membesarkan shared_pool_size itu??? nilai
max nya berapa??dan bagaimana cara menghitungnya jika membesarkan
shared_pool tsb aga tidak muncul error pada waktu startup..
