Untuk menjalankan database anda ke /appsutil/script/addbctl.sh start apps/apps
dan untuk listener adlnctl.sh start PROD

Mungkin Database dan listener Db belum running. Bisa
di cek dengan "ps -ef |grep pmon"
Untuk startup Db dan listener Db, bisa ke $[OH
Database]/appsutil/scripts/<context_name>
disana ada script addbctl.sh dan addlnctl.sh.
