Pernah mengalami kasus serupa di oracle 8i pada saat memakai analytic function (AF). Sql yg menggunakan AF bisa jalan di sqlplus ataupun utilitas sql lain, tapi tidak valid di prosedur PLSQL atau prosedur report 6i.
Ternyata masalahnya ada di interpreter, dimana di PLSQL dan Form Report tidak mengenal SINTAX AF, otomatis pas compile sudah gagal. Utk ngakalin terpaksa pakai DYNAMIC SQL. Kemungkinan lain sepertinya bisa pakai VIEW.
