Emang Oracle 8.1.7 Kalo Dikawinin ama Windows Suka ada java.exe error. Tapi Kalo Oracle 9i Ke atas udah akur. Saya kurang mengerti maksud Web Databasenya oracle, tapi yang pasti Database oracle bisa dipake buat develop apa aja mau aplilkasi atawa web. Bikin database oracle tapi service orahttpservernya di matiin bisa kok.
