Kamu claim reportnya selesai dalam 20 menit. Tapi dari tkprof yg dihasilkan, total pemakaian cpu cuma 26 detik..Saya check query2nya juga cuma ada 1 query yg agak lama, itupun total cpunya cuma 21 detik.
Sepertinya bottleneck-nya bukan database.
