Dear Bocah Ndeso, Menurut saya gaji segitu kecil untuk ukuran Anda yang sudah OCP. Lebih baik kamu nego aja. Tapi, kalau menurutmu itu bisa menjadi batu loncatanmu (minimal kamu bisa lebih cuap-cuap karena telah bekerja dan punya pengalaman) maka ambil aja. Toh, kalau di CV-mu pernah tertera sbg Oracle Developer/DBA walaupun hanya beberapa bulan, kamu bisa menaikkan hargamu :)
