Dear All,
Saya coba buat procedure untuk create user,
di database A, procedure ini success.
Tapi saya coba pakai procedure ini didatabase B,
koq muncul error ORA-01031: insufficient privileges.
Untuk grant user dan procedurenya saya samakan semua.
