Soalnya semua paket data yg datang dan pergi akan di-scan dulu oleh antivirus. Kalau querynya gede, response-timenya pasti akan kerasa banget lamanya..
Apakah ini windows? Kalau di server database tidak ada service selain oracle, mungkin mcafee-nya tidak perlu aktif setiap saat. Schedule aja utk jalan pada waktu db tidak aktif (malam atau hari libur misalnya).
