Sorry, pengertian saya utk dikomersialkan mungkin rancu. Yg lebih benar adalah bisa dipakai gratis utk production yg biasanya harus bayar, disamping ISV bisa menyertakannya bersama aplikasi yg bersifat komersial tanpa biaya tambahan.
