Mungkin bisa di coba untuk merestart concurrent managernya, pak... Saya tidak ahli dalam apps, tapi pengalaman saya beberapa kali untuk service di windows kadang2 menipu... Kelihatannya saja up tetapi tidak dan biasanya saya restart...
