Pak Agus, Dan Pak Andrew, kalau boleh tau apakah server databasenya berbeda dan on line semua ? kalau memang online semua paling gampang pake db link kemudian bikin script untuk import atau ekspor datanya, nah kalau tidak jalan lain adalah dengan cara eskpor data dalam bentuk insert sql command, karena setahu saya di oracle untuk import ke versi yang lebih baru bisa tapi tidak bisa untuk hal yang sebaliknya. semoga membantu CMIIW.

Gak bisa pake export utility 10g, karena downgrade version. Untuk import selalu pakai Import utility version database targetnya.
