Allo Kan Oyib, Penyebabnya? bukannya sudah jelas, itu karena tidak ada data yg di hasilkan dari SELECT command. - Kemungkinan pada blok PL/SQL anda menggunakan implisit "SELECT ... INTO ..." - Kemungkinan lain errornya bukan berada di tempat yg telah ada tambahkan EXECPTION, mungkin berada di tempat/function/pkg lain. - Mungking penempatan EXCEPTION nya kurang benar :D
Solusinya, Coba gunakan cursor.
