ROW_NUMS atau NUM_ROWS ??? Di user_tables cuman ada NUM_ROWS. NUM_ROWS adalah jumlah record yang ada di table tersebut. Nilai tersebut adalah hasil gather statistic. Setelah delete, gather ulang statistic table tersebut, pasti nilainya akan 0.
