Penerapan Grid Computing di Oracle yaitu dengan cluster. Utk database, istilah yg dipakai adalah RAC (Real Application Cluster). Penerapannya menggunakan :
1. Oracle Cluster Ready Service : sbg clusterware 2. Oracle ASM (Automatic Storage Management) : sbg "cluster file system" & sbg "logical volume manager", sekaligus bisa sbg "RAID" nya Oracle (menggunakan normal & high redundancy). 3. OCFS (Oracle Cluster File System) : terbatas pada platform Linux & Windows. 4. Oracle Database 5. Oracle Database Services 6. Oracle Database Grid Control : sbg management server Utk Application Server, Penerapannya menggunakan : 1.
