saya coba liat2 info soal guna script catmeta.sql,
kyaknya emank script itu ada hubungannya ma proses
exp. script itu men-create ulang KU$_% objects yg
gunanya saya ndiri gk tau hehe... ini saya share
artikelnya, sapa tau mbantu :)

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
Export is hanging. Nothing is written in export log
file.
$exp username/password file=y:/...dmp log=y:/..log
statistics=none
Export is hanged after issuing above exp command.
Cause
Cause of the export hang is invalid KU$_% objects.
Solution
KU$_% are created by
ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catmeta.sql script. Run the
script again to re-create the KU$_% objects.
$sqlplus "/as sysdba"
sql>@ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catmeta.sql
