Dear All, Saya ada masalah saat down database, error seperti dibawah ini :
*ORA-00106: cannot startup/shutdown database when connected to a dispatcher Disconnected from Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.0.0 - Production With the Partitioning option JServer Release 8.1.7.0.0 - Production *Padahal user dan password sudah benar.
