Kok istilah2nya mirip sql server 2005 ya :), walaupun
konsepnya sebenarnya mirip2 aja sih dengan oracle
(terutama >= 10g).
sqlserver -> oracle

mirror -> standby
witness -> observer (utk fast-start failover)

Kalo di Oracle istilahnya musti FORCE LOGGING. Kalau
sudah force logging, operasi apapun yg nologging tetap
akan di-log.

Kalau Oracle sih yg penting primary databasenya in
ARCHIVELOG mode. Hasil online backup dari primary bisa
langsung direstore ke standby db tanpa perlu downtime
(versi >= 9i).
