My client is an international (based in Houston,USA) telco company
dealing with satelit communication mainly serving Oil and Gas company.


They are currently looking for dinamic, talented, open minded, and
result oriented person to fill Account Executive (AE-VSAT) requrements
as follows:



Key Accountabilities

    1. Deliver on Revenue and Account      objectives
    2. Work with others to plan strategies and      coordinate efforts in
order to meet the required Sales Targets, and      Forecasts.
    3. Develop a significant understanding of      the customer base
(their business and affiliated applications); Company`s      technology,
products and services; the competitive entities including      their
products and service; a general market awareness; and technology in     
order to create "value" propositions and to avoid
commoditization of      services and products through differences based
on pricing.
    4. Position oneself and its company as a true Business      partner
within the accounts with a reputation for solving problems and     
creative solutions/applications.
    5. Timely and accurate forecasting
    6. Sound year-over-year growth in      revenues, market share and
reputation.
    7. Consistent use, data input and      application of any and all
sales reporting systems and sales software      (e.g.
"salesforce.com") tools used by its company.
    8. Exemplify teamwork, communication and      cooperation with
regards to working with other sales personnel within and      across its
company; technical and operations personnel; and all office and     
support personnel within the Company on a global basis.
    9. Demonstrate and exemplify the its company      values
   10. Inform the Sales Manager/Managing      Director of any significant
new Sales and Marketing opportunities.
   11. Develop and maintain personal contact      with key customers.
   12. Attend any and all training or other      meetings designated as
"mandatory" by the Company.
   13. Attend sales related meetings and      others as required by the
Sales Manager/Managing Director.
   14. Manage all enquiries obtained whilst in      the field, work with
Bids and Technical Marketing department to develop      specifications
for quotes and ensure they satisfy customer requirements.
   15. Forward requests for quotations to the      Bids and
Proposals/Technical Marketing group and ensure that they are     
submitted in a timely manner to the customer in a clear and precise
manner.
   16. Maintain close liaison with the      technical / projects
personnel regarding any quotations that involve an      engineering
input.
   17. Maintain communication with the Network      Operations centre and
be involved in any customer liaison on service      issues.
   18. On receipt of Purchase Order from      customer pass all details
of quote to Sales Administrator to complete      sale.
   19. Work with Operations Department to      ensure that the service
level agreed with the department is delivered      according to SLA.
Be the focal point for the resolution of SLA queries and delivery to the
client      after approval.
   20. Produce a weekly report to the Sales      Manager detailing calls
made and appointments scheduled in the calendar.
   21. Maintaining accurate sales funnel      reports and other
documentation.
   22. Assist others with any technical      queries.
   23. Work to and assist with departmental QA      System.
   24. Any other ad – hoc duties as required      or assigned.

Qualifications

1.      BA/BS in business related field of study or equivalent
experience preferred. Additional related education and/or training a
plus.

2.      CPA designation required and Telecomunication background with
VSAT knowledge.

3.      5 + years of successful sales experience achieving revenue
quotas.

4.      Demonstrated ability to sell conceptually.

5.      Able to obtain appointments with key executives at the target
accounts.

6.      Self-starter experience getting going with little supervision.

7.      Demonstrates excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
to effectively communicate with our prospects, clients and internal
company.

8.      Highly energetic -able to effectively handle stressful
situations in a professional manner

9.      Able to establish long lasting relationships with clients

10.  Excellent time management skills

11.  Able to determine which opportunities to walk away from

12.  Ability to establish cross-functional teams to fulfill customer
needs

          13.  The ability/willingness to travel.  Travel, including
domestic and international, as required maximizing effectiveness within
the accounts and customer set.  This may include overnight and/or
multiple overnight stays both within the US and outside the US.
