You can download the calendar and lots of other good stuff from the Oracle website - go to http://www.oracle.com/technology/sample_code/products/forms/6idemos.html and click on the 'Forms 6i' link. The calendar is contained as an object group in the object library stndrd20.olb, and you'll also need to attach the calendar.pll library to your form (which is included in the download).
