Setau saya, kalau triggernya jenis INSERT /UPDATE FOR EACH ROW, nilai reference :NEW -nya selalu ada (tidak null), jadi dikasus ini kalo mau ambil record paling barunya bisa pakai :NEW.tot_qty aja. CMIIW
