Dear Oracle expert, saya coba connect ke oracle 8.0.6 dengan menggunakan user sys as sysdba. error yang keluar adalah ora-1031: insufficient privilige. kenapa error ini terjadi? padahal saya sudah menambahkan dba priv pada user sys.
