di listener.ora-nya, apakah database harus dalam kondisi offline ?. Ataukah
bila online tidak masalah sama sekali.

Dear master's,
Adakah yang pernah mengalami error :
ORA-12514:TNS: listener does not currently know of service requested in connect
descriptor.
Kejadiannya ketika selesai mengupdate patch Windows 2003 Server pada malam hari
(semalem), lalu tiba-tiba pagi ini service Oracle database selalu mati,
walaupun sudah distart lagi tetapi beberapa saat akan mati kembali.
