Dear Andes penyebab tbs tsb membesar karena , autoextend enable, dan tbs tsb max extendnya unlimited
1. bila saya mau mengembalikkan size tersebut menjadi 2Gb, apakah saya harus buat tablespace tersebut menjadi offline ? table space tidak bisa di balikin menjadi 2G ,karena block sudah terisi. untuk membalikkan tbs menjadi 2G : buat tbs baru dengan datafile as total tbsnya 24G move all object yang ada di dalam tbs tsb ke tbs yang baru alter table x move tablespace '/xx/xx/newtbs' kalau index alter index x rebuild tablespace ' '/xx/xx/newtbs'' cara ini tanpa offline tbs, dan disaat user tidak akses object tersebut 2. apakah ada dampak nya terhadap user2 yg sedang connect ke database tersebut ? kalau anda buat tbs tsb offline, berarti user tidak bisa akses terhadap object yang ada di dalamnya 3. apakah dapat menyebabkan corrupt ? sejauh pengalaman saya , tbs yang besar belum pernah kejadian corrupt, kesulitannya adalah waktu maintance, apalagi kalau anda system backup offline backup, karena di linux/solaris (versi berapa ya saya lupa) transfer data dengan ftp, max yang bisa di transfer 2Gb semoga bisa membantu Henri ----- Original Message ----- From: Andes Febrian<mailto:[email protected]> To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, January 27, 2009 2:19 PM Subject: External Email : --> [indo-oracle] resize tablespace Dear gurus, skrg di database terdapat beberapa tablespace, ketika di cek tadi salah satu tablespace membesar, dari size 2Gb hingga 24Gb. saya mau menanyakan beberapa hal : 1. bila saya mau mengembalikkan size tersebut menjadi 2Gb, apakah saya harus buat tablespace tersebut menjadi offline ? 2. apakah ada dampak nya terhadap user2 yg sedang connect ke database tersebut ? 3. apakah dapat menyebabkan corrupt ? mohon pencerahannya.
