Memang kalau untuk partisi, tabel yang lama mesti di-create ulang, jadi ada downtime nya walaupun gak terlalu lama. Dan enaknya partisi juga lebih efektif karena hanya perlu satu table, nanti tinggal tambahin aja partisinya. Cuma jangan lupa query nya juga perlu diubah dikit biar search nya hanya di partisi yang diperlukan (selalu tambahkan where tahun = '....'), atau makin lama bisa makin lambat...
