Sering ngalamin begini, karena datafile corrupt. Tidak bisa di-open saat
startup.
Perbaikannya dengan recovery datafile.
Dipastikan saja dulu Instance Oracle dan Listenernya sudah sesuai.
Dari Command Prompt (DOS Prompt), jalankan:
C:\ lsnrctl status
Berikut tampilan di linux, tapi semestinya di windows juga tidak beda jauh.
