dear pehabibe berarti file 'C:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\DB_1\DATABASE\ORADATA\ORACLE\PLN\CONTROL01.CTL' ga ketemu saat mount database. coba di cari di directory tsb, ada ga file CONTROL01.CTL. (telusuri lagi, penyebabnya apa, apakah ke delete, atau ini setelah cloning ulang data)
kalau ke hapus dan ga ketemu sama sekali di backup data sebelumnya. solusi , recreate controlfile.
