Dear Pak Teguh, Apakah bapak telah mengecek query apa yang melakukan locking? Saya pernah mengalami sebuah bug dari oracle. Teryata yg melocking itu adalah query "select". Setelah dipatch ke versi terbaru masalah ini solve
