Dear Handri, Pengalaman saya selama akses client menggunakan ip address, koneksi akan jalan terus selama ip server tidak berubah.
Mungkin ada baiknya dicoba terlebih dahulu dan jangan lupa utk mengecek setting listener dari db oraclenya, hanya utk meyakinkan koneksi dengan ip address sdh disetting.
