Saya pakai windows dan server saya HP, jadi langsung ganti saja. Saya kurang tahu kalau dengan pake os yang lainnya. Seingat saya, tidak pake command atau apapun. Saran saya utk lebih amannya, anda lihat dokumentasi product tersebut ttg bagaimana cara mengganti hardisk atau tanya vendor anda.

Utk raid 1, rusak 1 hardisk tidak ada masalah, semuanya masih opersional karena memakai hardisk sparenya.
