mencoba memberi saran, setahu saya kalo install database oracle yang SE atau untuk production membutuhkan space memory yang lumayan besar kemungkinan ada beberapa aplikasi yang ada di laptop mas andrew memakan resource memory begitu di install oracle beberapa resource untuk memory termakan habis mengakibatkan laptop hang atau tidak berjalan normal sebagaimana mestinya.
solusi : beberapa aplikasi di task manager di lihat apakah banyak yang running pada boot pertama kali OS running. Jika ada coba di remove dahulu untuk keperluan install oracle tersebut.
