Coba di check port 1521 defaultnya terblock firewall gak..?? atau di server sesuaikan nama server di /etc/hosts apakah nama hosts dan ipnya sesuai dengan di listenernya.. misal (di mesin linux): vi /etc/hosts 192.168.210.194 development sesuai dengan $ lsnrctl status (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=development)(PORT=1521))) allow TCP port 1521 di firewall..
