saya yakin ini windows XP Home. di Windows XP Home, capabilitas networking dihilangkan, sementara capabilitas networking ini sangat diperlukan ( required by) oracle.

HKLM -> Software -> oracle. Registri : HKLM -> System -> CurrentControlSet. 2. Set Path : Udah saya setting. set ORACLE_HOME=C:\oracle\product\10.2.0 echo %ORACLE_HOME% = C:\oracle\product\10.2.0.
