Dear Wisnu, Coba untuk menurunkan size SGA anda menjadi 500 M, tolong konfirmasi hasilnya. Database anda menggunakan pfile atau spfile ? Jika hasilnya masih error, tolong kirimkan file sqlnet.ora dan startup database menggunakan pfile pada saat awal setelah instalasi database.
