PT MGTH International looking for several qualified candidates to join their team as: 1.Business Analyst Requirement: - Strong Knowledge of Finance & Distribution Business Process. - Experience in implementing ERP System. - Experience testing processes end to end for both functional results and volume/negative/stress scenarios. - Experience in writing functional design specifications and communicating these requirements to technical developers and end business users. - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to trace complex process and data flows. - 5+ years Experience as Business Analyst. - Excellent communication, organizational, written and presentation skills. - Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and customers Preferred Skill : - Experience in BPM Tools (Power Designer preferred). - Experience in working with raw, transactional data using tools such as Toad, query, SQL queries, etc. - Experience in Oracle Databases - Experience in Business Intelligence(BI)
