Technical Support-Siebel

Job Description 
      Experience with Core products or experience with Applications products, 
proven professional/ technical experience, i.e.demonstrating an understanding 
of Applications at a functional and technical level (preferably Oracle).

·         Skills

·         Siebel Certification, Good to have 8.0, earlier versions also ok.

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities 

·         Operating Systems

o   Unix Administrator  - Working experience in analyzing window/unix core 
crash issue

o   Windows Administrator 

·         Database

o   Oracle

o   DB2

o   SQL Server  - Strong database (ie MsSql Server, Oracle, DB2) background 
with good judgement in performance tuning and complex query analysis. 

o   DB2 OS390 (mainframe) background with good judgement in performance tuning 
and complex query analysis

·          Experience of 3rd party softwares, Oracle Application Services, 
BEPL, Load Runner, CISCO Load balancer, Big F5, Actuate, IIS web servers, 
iPlanet web server, HTTP web server, web sphere, web logic, Web Services etc. 

·          Security ADSI/LDAP, single sign-on, RSA, Database authentication etc

·         Working Knowledge in Siebel CRM is a plus
