Mas, Cobain nge-start Listener dari Windows command prompt (cmd), pake command lsnrctl start, terusan lihat di listener log file-nya ada info/log error tambahan nggak selain "could not start the OracleOraDb10g_home1TNSlistener... service on local computer"
