mungkin yang anda ping itu DNS servernya bukan SMTP Servernya. tanya ke network admin sodara apa hostname dari SMTP server nya...biasanya running di port 25. Check apakah mereka munggunakan port 25. terus test email ke internal email instead of yahoo mail dulu.
