monitoring database...hmmm skr saya sendiri lagi develop juga, sehingga sebisa mungkin customer ndak beli lisensi wahatever*pack* tapi bisa jagain critical database. alerting ke sms/mail.
next, buat agent sendiri, sehingga bisa nangkep message dari mail, untuk format mail tertentu, agent akan do something di database, dan hasil dari do something tsb dialert ke sms/mail juga. idenya sih manage database by sms/mail.
